Oranges typically know exactly how they are going to spend their life. They grow up on a tree, but before they leave their family and head out on their own, they must wait. The unlucky ones end up falling a few feet to their untimely death, but most get whisked off where they are squeezed and pulverized until they make a light, tangy juice that is highly favoured by young children. This is what all oranges strive to achieve!

However, some of the more adventurous oranges wish to break away from the monotony of their life, and aim for a higher undertaking. Yes, some oranges decide to follow their cousin’s way of life, the tomato, and trick everyone into believing that they are actually a vegetable. This is a gruelling task, and only the most determined of oranges will see it through to the end. And once they do they will know what it truly means to be a vegetable.
